Three-Point Wrap Labeling System for Greater Control
Sep 15, 2009Labeling Systems (LSI) offers the Model 1500 Wrap System with a Three Point Wrap Station. The three point wrap station is ideal for applying long, narrow labels, or in applications that require orientation of the product to a certain physical feature, such as a seam or container handle.
Using LSI's spacer wheel or dual spacer belt assembly, the unit creates spacing between products appropriate for the labeling application. After triggering a photoeye, two rollers capture the product against a third drive roller for greater control through the labeling process.
The Model 1500 is available with a variety of options, including a bar code scanner, rejection system and product orientation.
