What began as a single label converting plant in Fort Worth, Texas, has evolved into an expansive network of 15 manufacturing facilities and 18 regional offices across North America, ensuring localized support and rapid response for its customers.

ID Technology has grown into one of North America’s most trusted and forward-thinking manufacturers in the industry, growing from 8 employees and $1.8 million in revenue in 1995 to 1200 employees and $450 million in revenue in 2025. A pivotal moment in ID Technology’s journey came around 2000, when the company introduced its own printer applicator—the Model 250. “We set a goal to sell 250 units in 2002, and ended up at 275,” said Alan Shipman, President of ID Technology. “Within just a few years, we became the leading printer applicator manufacturer in the United States.”
