Coding and Barcode Printing for Corrugated Cases - FoxJet ProSeries

FoxJet ProSeries inkjet printers are designed to produce high-quality text, barcodes, and graphic images onto porous substrates such as corrugated shipping cases.

Foxjet ProSeries printheads are designed to work with FoxJet Marksman Elite or Matrix controllers and have a dual ink feed for improved flow rates and faster printing speeds.

FoxJet controllers come standard with Boxwriter editor software for creating industry compliant barcodes, graphics and text. Each controller is capable of handling up to 4 printheads.

Auto Priming System

FoxJet APS, a patent pending Auto Priming System standard with the 384e and 768e models, is designed to automatically self-prime each printhead, forcing a small amount of ink through the channels, expelling trapped air and debris that causes ink "drop out". Priming cycles are programmed at the plant level, using facility time schedules to determine need.

Enhanced for printing high-quality complex messages utilizing a print height up to 4” tall, the ProSeries 768e allows manufacturers to completely replace costly labels with print-on-demand messages. Featuring industry-leading ink throw distances, the ProSeries Enhanced printers offer the most forgiving distance tolerances between the printhead and product being marked as well as ensure maximum print quality on irregular surfaces.

The ProSeries 768e model is designed to deliver superior performance when requiring large complex print messages consisting of graphics, logos, alphanumerics, and barcodes.

Designed for printing high contrast, high-quality barcodes, the ProSeries 384e allows manufacturers to produce scan-able and verifiable barcodes at the highest available speeds to achieve maximum throughput. With a 2” maximum print height, the ProSeries 384e model accommodates the tallest barcode standards and requirements.
