Product Overview

Marksman Duo Vx inkjet coding systems utilize proprietary integrated valve printheads for accurate, legible coding on porous and non-porous substrates. The VxJet printhead uses a flexible membrane sandwiched between two plates, which propels ink droplets onto moving surfaces by solenoid action. This design keeps the ink between the front-plate and membrane, away from the solenoids. The printhead is capable of printing at high line speeds with minimal required maintenance.

The VxJet Ink System (IS) provides ink to the printheads utilizing an ink pump, accumulator and circuit board with precise pressure.

9x VxJet printheads print 1/2" to 7/8" characters up to 650 feet per minute. While the 18x VxJet printheads print up to 3 lines with a print height of 1" to 2".

Up to eight 9x VxJet or four 18x VxJet printheads can be controlled by one Marksman Duo Controller. This controller can also operate up to two Pro Series High Resolution Printheads.
