Linerless Label Printer Applicator Model 250L

The Model 250L linerless label printer applicator was designed for customers with multiple print and apply units, those facing mandatory recycling regulations, or those who just want to reduce the costs associated with waste removal. Because the labels used with this printer applicator have no liner, little waste is produced.

The Model 250L linerless label printer applicator is also smaller than a standard printer applicator since it does not need a label rewind.

Linerless label material is similar to a continuous roll of tape and therefore a cutter has been integrated into the print engine to cut the material at a specified length before the label is dispensed onto the tamp pad. This label length is specified using label creation software that allows you to select a cutter option. The program then communicates the label length to the printer along with the data to be printed.

The print engine used for this applicator has also been designed with specially coated rollers and label contact surfaces so that the linerless material will not stick or jam inside the printer. To further reduce waste, direct thermal material is available, eliminating the need for thermal transfer ribbon.
