To meet the demands of higher speed production lines, ID Technology offers the L250A and L500A Pressure Sensitive Label Applicators. Both the L250A and the L500A use stepper motor technology for speed, accuracy and reliability. These versatile units can be changed from synchronous, tamp or blow-on by changing the modular plug-in attachments. An easy to use operator interface allows for quick changes to label speeds and position. Combine this with no tool label changeover, label format auto-teach, and on-the-fly web adjustments these label applicators will boost productivity and provide greater labeling accuracy. These Label Applicators can apply a label to the top, bottom, and side of a product or even difficult to reach recessed areas. Durable, industrial grade construction and flexible design allows these labelers to be added to your existing product line using a heavy-duty T-base stand or integrated into a custom labeling system.
