Now Certified - ID Technology Completes PMMI's Trainer Program

ID Technology's Technical Team recently completed the PMMI On-the-job training course to become certified PMMI trainers. This course focuses on effective training techniques for adult learners in both classroom and plant environments. This highly interactive class provides practical skills for service technicians that conduct field training for equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
PMMI states that this program shows that member companies are serious about training support for their customers. One of the biggest complaints from end user customers is related to the lack of qualified trainers in the industry. One study has even shown that a majority of end users were going to require training as a component of a machinery sale.
PMMI currently has more than 200 trained employees and many of the Pro Mach Partner Companies, including ID Technology, are part of this elite group.
