ID Technology Joins Pro Mach, Inc.

Fort Worth, Texas - ID Technology today announced that it has been acquired by Pro Mach, Inc.
ID Technology is a leading manufacturer and integrator of labeling, coding and marking equipment. In addition to their factory and headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, ID Technology provides nationwide support through numerous facilities and satellite locations across the United States.
The rapid growth and exceptional past performance of ID Technology along with their strong position for continued growth caught the attention of Pro Mach, as they searched for a labeling and coding partner. This is the eleventh acquisition of a North American packaging equipment manufacturer by Pro Mach in the past four years. Founded in July 1998 with the objective of building a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, sale and service of packaging machinery; Pro Mach is a federation of very successful, independent operating companies within the packaging machinery industry. Collectively, Pro Mach's senior management team has decades of relevant industry experience, as well as extensive experience with acquisitions and international management.
Pro Mach's operating philosophy will allow ID Technology to maintain their operational autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit, while capitalizing on the benefits of scale.
