LSI-9135 Wrap Labeler for Tapered Containers
This inline bottle wrap labeling system quickly and easily labels difficult to handle tapered containers as efficiently as standard round containers. It can accurately apply labels on standard and tapered round containers at up to 60 containers per minute. Its rugged simplicity allows it to fit any production environment and handle most label sizes.
ClearMarkTM Thermal Inkjet Printer
The ClearMarkTM, an HP-based high-resolution printer from ID Technology, is the latest smart Thermal Inkjet coder, which provides consistently high-quality codes, text and graphics on porous and non-porous products. The simple, but powerful, interface allows for faster setups and improves efficiency by minimizing downtime and maintenance to consistently produce excellent print-quality codes every time.
NoTouch Label Application Modules
The Xpress series of NoTouch application modules includes standard, dual panel and high-speed options. These modules efficiently apply labels dispensed by a print and apply labeler at high speeds with zero-contact labeling of cases and trays. These unique designs provide much greater product throughput with minimal wear on the printer applicator, while producing high quality barcodes.
Rotary Labeling Systems
This dependable, flexible pressure sensitive rotary labeling system allows for high-speed labeling at up to 140-180 containers per minute. Each model can be built with up to 4 different labeling heads and allows for quick and repeatable setup for each label applicator. Laser coders, TTO printers or inkjet coders can be added for variable data, if needed.
