Model 250 Label Printer Applicator - Bottom Labeling System
The ID Technology bottom labeling system accurately labels the bottom of various products. The system consists of an IDT Model 250 label printer applicator with an IDT system scanner interface, a split belt conveyor, barcode scanner and reject station.
The Model 250 Label Printer Applicator can either print and apply variable information labels or apply pre-printed labels to the bottom of a product or box. Once the label has been applied, a scanner verifies that the barcode is readable and rejects any product with a bad, missing or unreadable barcode.
The applicator is mounted to a T-Base Stand with a precision slide base and traversing yardarm to position the 250 near the ground. The T-Base is also designed with a slot that allows the 250 to be bolted into place on either side of the conveyor, providing greater flexibility.
