Precision Tilt Mechanism for Precise Label Placement
ID Technology's precision tilt mechanism allows for infinite angle adjustment of a U-arm mounted on the column of a T-Base Stand. The precision tilt locks the machine into a fixed position for accurate label placement onto products.
Six positions on the plate allow for coarse adjustment of the U-arm in any 360-degree position. Utilizing self-leveling jackscrews, each coarse adjustment permits +/- 10-degree fine positioning of the machine.
The precision tilt is recommended when precise label placement is critical or when heavy media or the tamp assembly operation tends to shake the U-arm out of position.
The precision tilt is used in conjunction with a TS1000 vertical 60" column or TS4000 traversing yardarm.
