Field Service Technician

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Machinery training, equipment demonstration and installation, maintenance of demonstration equipment and inventory. Will also prepare comprehensive repair/maintenance reports; originate proposals, quotations and price lists. Duties will include technical telephone support for equipment customers as well as preparation of label and inkjet print samples.
Ideal candidate will have related education or experience. However, we will consider a candidate with proven mechanical/electrical aptitude, including applicants with experience servicing other types of office or industrial machinery.
